I miss my Brother, Steve ...

23 years ago on a Sunday just like yesterday, I said "goodbye" to my brother, Steve.
I would say 'Rest in peace' Steve" but resting in peace isn't Biblical.   If anything, what indeed is Biblical is that as soon as we leave this life, we either enter into the glory of God  (2 Corinthians 5:8)  ... or we don't. 



I can still hear Steve's agonizing prayers to God out-loud from his bedroom.   I have faith that he is in God's glory because the Bible states:

"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise".  - Psalm 51:17.

HAPPY BDAY TO ME !!!

What can I say...  In 2013, God brought a lot of blessings our way.  Vicky was born in Feb. and CJ turned 2.  I didn't grow back my hair but Claudia, I think loves me more still.  :/

Despite my Asthma making a come back a few years ago, in 2013, it wasn't so bad. 
Most of all, I continue in my walk in The Lord, and by His grace, growing more in Him.

My dear Papi & Mami are still with us, and still hanging on strong.    In 2014, my hopes are to watch the little ones grow more and more, continuing in Christ, and somehow - despite finding myself more and more busy with the children, I desire to get closer to family; which is of utmost importance.
