"Babes in Toyland"...

Here's to Stevie!  Who used to help me kick off the whole Christmas Spirit after this Thanksgiving Day tradition.  "The March of the Wooden Soldiers".  We were the "Babes in Toyland".  Still gives me goosebumps.  What memories! 

This Thanksgiving...

Happy Thanksgiving to all.  Our prayers are for so many people who this year have lost loved ones and those who were so affected by the recent hurricane and are now literally homeless and living in shelters. 

Our prayers are with all of them and our eyes on all that is going on in the world today.  Lets pray for our loved ones, people in war stricken parts of the world and all those in persecution.   Lets pray for our country; our leadership, our economy and that God will have His hand upon us, and His will be done as it is written in His Word.

Tio Nicolas' in God's Glory

Our prayers go out to our family near and far who are suffering the loss of our dear Tio Nicolas on October 1rst at the blessed age of 85.   We pray that the Lord will give strength and comfort in knowing that Tio is no longer battling life here on earth in a feeble body but is victorious in God's power through His peace and joy which He has promised to all those who believe in Him.

Into the eternal joy of God's paradise where death and the grave has been stripped from its victory over our mortal bodies.  

" When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
