20 SECONDS JUMPING JAX


10 SEC REST


20 SECONDS RUNNING IN PLACE


10 SEC REST


20 SECONDS SQUATS


10 SEC REST


20 SECOND  HIGH KNEES

The workouts can be changed up and the intervals can be changed also.  The hardest part, is getting started and once you do, you gotta get your TABATA in at least 2-3 times a week.

This along w/ a good diet plan of good foods and healthier eating will hook you up!
